Abstract

¸ñÀû: º» ¿¬±¸ÀÇ ¸ñÀûÀº °£È£»çÀÇ ÆÀ ¸¸Á·, ÆÀ ¸ôÀÔ, ±×¸®°í ÆÀ ¼º°ú¿¡ ´ëÇÑ °øÀ¯ ¸®´õ½Ê°ú ¼öÁ÷Àû ¸®´õ½ÊÀÇ È¿°ú¸¦ Á¶»çÇÏ´Â °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

°á°ú: °øÀ¯ ¸®´õ½ÊÀ» ±¸¼ºÇÏ´Â ÇϺοäÀÎ Áß¿¡¼­ ÀÓÆÄ¿ö¸µ ¸®´õ½Ê ÇൿÀ¯ÇüÀº ÆÀ ¸¸Á·(¥â=.25, p=.003), ÆÀ ¸ôÀÔ(¥â=.32, p<.001), ±×¸®°í ÆÀ ¼º°ú(¥â=.25, p=.004)¿¡ ¸ðµÎ, ±àÁ¤Àû ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ£ ¹Ý¸é ¼öÁ÷Àû ¸®´õ½ÊÀ» ±¸¼ºÇÏ´Â ÇϺοäÀÎ Áß¿¡¼­´Â ÀÓÆÄ¿ö¸µ ¸®´õ½Ê ÇൿÀ¯ÇüÀÌ ÆÀ ¼º°ú(¥â=.32, p=.023)¿¡¸¸ ±àÁ¤Àû ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÃÆ´Ù.

°á·Ð: ÀÌ¿Í °°Àº °á°ú´Â °øÀ¯ ¸®´õ½ÊÀÇ ÆÀ È¿°ú°¡ ¼öÁ÷Àû ¸®´õ½ÊÀÇ ÆÀ È¿°ú º¸´Ù ÁÁ´Ù´Â °ÍÀ» º¸¿©ÁØ´Ù. ±×·¡¼­ °øÀ¯ ¸®´õ½ÊÀ» ±¸¼ºÇÏ´Â ÇϺοäÀÎ Áß, ÀÓÆÄ¿ö¸µ ¸®´õ½Ê ÇൿÀ¯ÇüÀÌ °£È£»çÀÇ ÆÀ ¼º°ú¸¦ Çâ»ó½ÃÅ°´Âµ¥ Áß¿äÇÏ´Ù´Â °á·ÐÀ» ³»¸± ¼ö ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ±×·¯¹Ç·Î º´¿ø°ú °£È£ °ü¸®ÀÚµéÀº °£È£»ç¸¦ À§ÇÏ¿© ÀÓÆÄ¿ö¸µ ¸®´õ½Ê ÇൿÀ¯ÇüÀ» °­È­½ÃŲ ÇÁ·Î±×·¥À» °³¹ßÇÏ·Á´Â ³ë·ÂÀ» ±â¿ï¿©¾ß ÇÒ °ÍÀÌ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of shared leadership and vertical leadership on team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance of nurses.

Methods: This study was a descriptive survey study. The participants in this study were 165 nurses working at a general hospital located in Gyeonggi-do, Korea. Data were collected from March 9 to April 12, 2018 using a structured questionnaire and analyzed with the SPSS/WIN program.

Results: Shared leadership and vertical leadership were found to have a positive correlation with the nurse's team satisfaction, team commitment, and team performance. Empowering leadership behavior, one of the sub-factors of shared leadership, had a positive effect on team satisfaction (¥â=.25, p=.003), team commitment (¥â=.32, p
